The US Supreme Court’s decision allowing the confiscation of private property for non public use comes directly out of the Communist Manifesto as stated by Marx: “The theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property.“ The internal collapse of all nations requires the concurrence of a nation's judiciary, and without such concurrence, there can be no police state established.
The combination of decision by the US Supreme Court and by the Texas Supreme Court now makes it possible that any agency of any governmental body; village, city, county, state or regulatory agency, now can make you a low ball offer for your property. Following the offer it can take immediate possession of your property and have you evicted even before any Court has heard your argument about just and fair compensation. By the time you receive a verdict of compensation through the appeals process, your recovery would be diminished by the cost of lengthy litigation, lawyer’s contingency fees, appraisers and expert’s fees.
The police state now is able to confiscate your assets without a trial if they find a marijuana stub on your property or allege that you committed a crime that you are later acquitted for. The can confiscate your property for any make believe reason if they don’t like your attitude or politics. As people become more oppressed by the discovery of governmental corruption and hypocrisy they will disrespect law and authority until there is a complete collapse into dependency created by fear of the police state.

From dependence back into bondage."
The US Supreme Court has just dealt a fatal blow to the most fundamental right of our free society. With mortal enemies facing us driven by a fanatical Islam and traitors in high places within, bondage is coming nearer. The talk is that we need a moderate third political party that is neither too conservative nor too liberal. What we need is a third party that will stop lying to the people and would put us on a war footing before we are destroyed by incompetence on one side and treason on the other.
